Health is not a goal. It is a way of living. unfortunately, most of us are now struggling to stay physically fit. Whether to run away from bad genes or to get into a pair of jeans, It has become an everyday battle for almost all of us. Should being healthy be that big a dilemma, a cause for more stress and worry? the answer is NO.

Taking conscious baby steps in making permanent lifestyle changes will allow us to be physically and mentally healthy. the changes need to come from within though.

Through my programs, I give people super-practical, actionable guidance so they can feel great, take care of their bodies, and actually enjoy the process.

Eat drink and be merry if you are eating healthy daily. There is no need to starve or deprive the body of essential nutrition to lose weight. Loosing weight should not make you lose your mind. Awareness regarding nutritious and quick and comfort food is all it takes to make the switch and shed off the extra weight.

Stress Management

It’s not the stress that kills us but our reaction to it. If we want, we can use it to make positive changes in life, move on and come out even stronger from such situations. It’s always a choice but at times it needs a little more support and convincing. Stress is a necessary evil, don’t succumb to stress, seek help if it’s weighing you down.
