Make children aware of importance of different food groups in their diet.

Insist on a fruit time daily.

Restrict TV/Internet/Mobile Time. Let Them Decide whether they need it for pleasure or education.

Eight hours of sleep is a must. Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy wealthy and wise.

Play time is a must. Forty minutes to one hour of physical activity that the child enjoys should be a daily routine. It will also keep stress at bay apart from boosting immunity, growth and preventing obesity.
