A 20-minute leisure walk after dinner can work wonders.

Heavier your dinner, bigger will be your paunch and higher will be the risk for heart problems and Diabetes
- Have one portion of fruit and one portion of salad daily
The benefits of fruits and vegetables in a diet are endless. Try to include them in the diet. Every time hunger strikes, pick an apple or a cucumber before snacking on junk. Just one caution, wash everything nicely before eating and don’t eat a salad or fruit which has been cut for a long time.
- Drink plenty of water
Water detoxifies, helps with acidity and constipation, prevents dehydration and helps in urinary problems. Drinking water 10 -15 mins before meals helps in digestion and prevents weight gain.
